Processing and delivery
Orders placed before our daily cutoff ship within one business day. Average delivery within the contiguous United States is 3 to 6 business days by standard carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the facility.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email. If tracking has not updated after two business days, contact orders@vivalisformula.com with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Vivalis is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders@vivalisformula.com for a return authorization and address. Once we receive your return, the purchase price is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Full details are on the guarantee and refund policy pages.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.
